Muscin's delivery policy
Once an order has been placed, we need 1 working day to process the order. On weekdays this takes one working day, if an order is placed on a Friday evening or at the weekend it may take a day longer.
After processing, your order will be shipped and the average delivery time is 3-8 working days.
We try to make the ordering and delivery process as user-friendly as possible for our customers. However, if you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact our customer service. Below is a description of how your order is processed and delivered.
Placing an order: The ordering process at Muscin is simple. First, go to the product page, add the desired product to the shopping cart by clicking on the blue “Add to Cart” button. Check that you have selected the right variants. If everything is in order, proceed to checkout by clicking on “Proceed to checkout”. Fill in the correct address details on the information page and click on “Continue delivery”. On the “Delivery” page, you can check the address details entered. Please note that each shipment is sent completely free of charge. Click on “Proceed to payment” and select the desired delivery method.
